Meine Familie und ich
Mein Name ist Pula Peš. Ich bin elf Jahre alt und lebe in Zagreb. Zagreb ist die Hauptstadt von Kroatien.
Meine Familie ist nicht groß. Meine Mutter heißt Vinka. Sie ist Juristin von Beruf.
Mein Vater ist Ingenieur von Beruf. Mein Bruder heißt Lucijan. Er ist 23 Jahre alt und er studiert Elektrotechnik.
Wir haben auch eine Katze. Sie heißt Harty und ist sehr lieb. Sie ist 5 Jahre alt.
Wir wohnen in einer schönen Wohnung. Sie hat 4 Zimmer, eine Küche zwei Bäder und zwei Terrassen.
Ich gehe in der fünfte Klasse. Ich gehe zur Musikschule und trainiere auch Gymnastik.
Meine Hobbys sind Lesen und Musik hören.

Rothelmchen und der schnelle Wolf
Es war einmal ein kleines Mädchen. Das hieß Rothelmchen. Es trug nämlich immer einen roten Helm. Sie fuhr zur Oma mit dem Mofa. Die Oma war krank. Der Wolf fuhr mit dem Auto zu schnell und es passierte ein Unfall. Rothelmchen verletzte sich und musste ins Krankenhaus. Jeden Tag besuchte die Oma Rothelmchen und brachte Blumen und Schokolade mit. Und wenn sie nicht gestorben sind, dann leben sie noch Heute- aber nicht mehr im Krankenhaus.

A Visit to American Embassy
My experience at the embassy was absolutely great. I learned a lot about its history and about the people that have worked there. It was interesting to learn why the ambassadors, diplomats and other employees decided to work there.
The best part of the visit, in my opinion, was when we had a chance to try on the equipment that the marine uses. It was pretty amazing and awestruck when the marine mentioned that during his training, he had pepper spray sprayed into his eyes. That kind of pain to endure is incredible.
I was glad we had the opportunity to ask questions about the stuff’s jobs and experiences, because I learned a lot and I got to hear people’s opinions on Croatia. It is always nice to hear what people think about our small, yet rich in history country we call home.
